Avery is a playwright and actor from Katonah, New York.
She is the winner of Clubbed Thumb’s 2022 Biennial Commission, The Hearth Theater’s 2024 virtual retreat and a recipient of an EST/ Sloan Project commission. Her play The Age of Mary is currently under development with The Terrence McNally New Play Incubator.
She just graduated from UT Austin with an MFA in playwriting!
